All offers received will be presented to you. We will dig into each one with you and help you negotiate the best terms. Once an offer is accepted, we will work with the Buyer’s Agent and any necessary third parties to finalize the sale.
Reviewing Offers
We will create a marketing plan to promote your home’s listing. This includes professional photography, online listings, weekend open house opportunities, and social media exposure.
Marketing
We will start Comparative Market Analysis, which is comparing your home to similar properties in your area. Once the CMA information is compiled, we will discuss the results and together determine a fair price to offer your home for sale. Your home will then be listed on the MLS.
CMA
Once a Seller decides on us, we go to work for them! The Seller is always in control of this process & stay in communication with clients who are searching regularly.

THE PROCESS/What’s included
- We encourage you to accept all requests to ensure maximum exposure
- You will receive a status call every Tuesday from our Transaction Coordinator with updates on where we are in the process
We are by your side all the way through the process! We will set up an application where Buyer Agents can schedule times to bring their clients to see your home. These time blocks will be offered based on your schedule and each appointment will be approved by you.
