Reviewal

We will stay ahead of all the deadlines in setting up all the due diligence (different inspections) within the time frames we have in our agreement with the seller.

Due Diligence

When a home is found, we really dig in on looking for comparable homes and working to help our Buyer decide on a offer, and then we craft it so that stands out to the seller.

Comparable Homes

Once a Buyer decides on us, we go to work for them by finding properties & scheduling showings. The Buyer is always in control of this process & stay in communication with clients who are searching regularly.

THE PROCESS/WHAT'S INCLUDED

We will schedule all showings and inspections during the due diligence period
Property Showing hours are from 10am - 6pm Mon-Fri, Sat/Sun 10am - 3pm
Once an offer is accepted, you will receive a status call every Tuesday from our Transaction Coordinator with updates on where we are in the process

This time period goes by very quickly. There is a lot going on in a very short period of time, but we are with our buyers all the way through the process.
