Probably the most important element needed during the real estate process is good communication. So, we schedule a Buyer Consult meeting with a potential client to discuss what type of property they are looking for in their search.
We also recommend a Buyer meet with at least 3 different Realtors to see what the differences are and then be able to make the decision on which one they feel most comfortable working with.

We will stay ahead of all the deadlines in setting up all the due diligence (different inspections) within the time frames we have in our agreement with the seller.
When a home is found, we really dig in on looking for comparable homes and working to help our Buyer decide on a offer, and then we craft it so that stands out to the seller.
Once a Buyer decides on us, we go to work for them by finding properties & scheduling showings. The Buyer is always in control of this process & stay in communication with clients who are searching regularly.
This time period goes by very quickly. There is a lot going on in a very short period of time, but we are with our buyers all the way through the process.
